Yoga is known for its ability to harmonize and balance the body, mind and spirit. Techniques will be shown to develop strength and flexibility,
reduce stress, improve muscle tone, posture and body alignment. Find peace and a new perspective on life. It is suitable for beginners as well
as the more experienced student. Yoga unifies the mind and the spirit, inspiring you to make clear choices in your life. This class will be run for 10 weeks (15 hours)

This fresh new class for The Second Degree is to be run by Lisa De Marco, an A.F.A. A (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Yoga instructor with 20+ years experience teaching group exercise classes.
