Wednesdays, 6:30-9 PM, Grevenmacher

Nowadays the choices of wines can be overwhelming, even for a wine expert! Cultivate your plate, expand your wine vocabulary, and learn how to identify different wines and labels. Abi Duhr will acquaint you with wines from Europe and other countries, and review their grape varieties and taste characteristics. With, of course, lots of tasting to moisten the theory! (15 hours).

Instructor : Abi Duhr

Mr. Abi Duhr has a degree in Oenology engineering from the Faculte d'Oenologie at Bor-deaux.
He comes from a family with a long history of wine making and also teaches at the Lycee Technique Hotelier in Diekirch.

Material fees (i.e for the wine!): approx Euro 150.

Please note that due to the grape picking season Abi will be unavailable for the Autumn term, so all registrations are open for the Winter and Spring terms 2012
