Instructor: Lola Sperber
Lola Sperber has been a fitness professional for the past 16 years, She completed her training of Pilates by Parry Pilates in Brussels.
She has numerous other trainings in Aerobics, Spinning, "Hot Iron", as well as in personal training. She has been certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Please Note: this course is for 10 sessions of exercise. Mat and water bottle will be needed
