Warm up your senses and savour the rich and exotic aromas of India with Sunita Trivedi's easily prepared specialities: both vegetarian and
non-vegetarian dishes, using fresh herbs & spices. Make regionally famous dishes such as Chicken Biryani, Egg rolls, Lentille soups,
Fish curries and many other fabulous dishes from her menu. Also, learn basic Indian cooking techniques, including dry roasting spices
and hung yogurt. This course includes lessons dedicated to Indian Desserts (20 hours)

Sunita has been giving Indian Cooking classes via her Spice Curry program for the last 6 years providing interactive cooking, alongside cultural enrichment and group enjoyment.
